“Alhumdulillah, My experience with Aimah Tours was mostly wonderful especially in Mecca. However, I faced some issues in Medina. During my stay at Grand Zowar Hotel in Medina from August 7th to 13th, I appreciated it’s proximity to Masjid Al- Nabawi. Some amenities need utmost attention. The WiFi was unreliable, with poor connectivity and weak mobile signal forcing me to step out of the hotel for calls. The AC didn’t function correctly despite multiple requests I made and housekeeping staff only visited once in 6 days, that need to be proactive.”

“I had the privilege of performing Umrah through Aimah Tours, and it turned out to be a truly wonderful and spiritually enriching experience. From the very beginning, everything was handled with great professionalism and care. Whatever they promised, they delivered—and in fact, exceeded my expectations. We did not face any issues regarding flights, hotel arrangements, food, or transportation. Everything was smooth, well-organised, and extremely comfortable. The hotels were conveniently located, the food was hygienic and satisfying, and the transportation arrangements made our travel effortless throughout the journey. One of the highlights of the trip was that we were able to cover almost all the ziyarats as promised, which added immense value to our spiritual journey. Because all logistical matters were so well taken care of, we could focus completely on our ibadah without any worries or distractions. A special mention goes to Amaan Bhai, who was very cooperative, supportive, and always available whenever we needed assistance. His guidance and humble nature made the entire experience even more pleasant. Overall, Aimah Tours made our Umrah journey peaceful, comfortable, and memorable.
